As you know, I visited your office in August of 2011 after attending one of the Financial Recovery Seminars in Glendale Hilton. With papers in hand, immediately after the seminar, I met you and signed up to be represented by FRUSA. After several months of needless stressing out, I was encouraged to be patient and to keep calling my lender at least three time per week. Finally, I received notice on February 8th, 2012 that loan would receive a three month trial modification. Afterwards, I would be modified under the HAMP Act at 2%. My payments were reduced from $3000 to $1430. While the principle was not reduced, and a balloon will be added after 40 years, I can live with that arrangement because it allows me to “recover” financially from the sure ruin that was pending. We had lost our home to a short sale after our business failed in 2008. In June of 2012 the home we were renting was being foreclosed upon and we needed to move fast. Because of the $206K debt that was hanging over us from the short sale four years prior, the banks would obviously not grant us a home loan. We had prayed for a home that was large enough for our five children and also large enough to adopt more children. We wanted to purchase a home so we could be in a stable place before adopting again. The mortgage payment would need to be less than rent in our area. Such a home appeared on the market and in a step of faith, made an offer on it. We had three weeks to resolve our debt in order to purchase the home. FRUSA was part of our miracle. These men prayed with us and set out to fight on our behalf. Our debt was RESLOVED within two weeks of meeting with Justin and Paul- the day after another offer had been made on our "miracle home." Today, we are living in this "miracle home"- built by a man who had been an orphan and had prayed it would be used to help children. Today, we await a phone call from the social worker to tell us who our next children are. We cant say enough about the integrity, efficiency and kindness of the men at FRUSA. Without them, we would not be here- waiting with open arms for more precious children in need of a home. Thank you FRUSA.

I called Financial Recovery USA and was helped in a very loving,caring way. When it was determined that debt management was not going to work for me, the financial counselor referred me to a Christian Bankruptcy lawyer that I could trust. Financial Recovery USA is an awesome organization. The organization's first priority is to serve others. If more organizations were like Financial Recovery USA the world would be less greedy, less hateful and more caring and Christ-Centered. Just to let anybody concerned with their loan modification that these guys are the real deal. Chuck Reid put my whole package together, and explained exacted how things would work. He said that I would probably have to resubmit my application, maybe even 2 or 3 times, but to be persistant. My mod want JUST as Chuck said it would.It took about 4 months, but I got a 4 month trial mod, and now have recieved a permanant modification. This is a Christian outfit that really does walk the walk. My family has been blessed by all the help from Chuck and Financial Recovery USA.

After reviewing the loan modification package prepared for me by Financial Recovery USA, I was completely wrong by being skeptical and thinking I could prepare a solid package myself. There is no way I could have prepared something even close to it. I was extremely impressed with the detailed, thorough package that was provided to me. What I like most about my loan modification package, is the detailed information to the bank of how much money they would save by helping me out. Justin Taylor was my point of contact. He was honest, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He encouraged me and reminded me to have faith. When I picked up my package, I sat with the owner of the company for over an hour, in which he continued to educated me and made sure I understand the entire process. Financial Recovery USA is a true christian-based company. Everybody I came in contact with was very geniune and consistantly showed they were people of faith. I am currently in my "trial period" with the bank. I recieved my loan modification approval in three weeks. My loan went from a 7 year fix interest only ARM 6.2%, to a long term loan with half the interest rate. After being cheated by an attorney, we decided to go to B of A directly and they gave us the run around for 3 months. We first heard of FRUSA through our co-church member. After hearing their testimony, I asked them how were they like and they recommended them to us. Me and my wife decided to give it a shot. It was a week before thanksgiving 2011, we had a sale date on December 9. Our first meeting with Chuck was a Godsend! The atmosphere in the office felt like you were family and Chuck informed us right away that it is in God's hands. We prayed and decided to go for it! We came back the following week got our package and was instructed to do this and this. On the same day I told BofA what I had and they requested it to be faxed over. After two working days, I got a call from Account Service Manager of BofA, FINALLY! He said that the foreclosure date will be suspended and to wait for the trial period letter. December 23 - we received an early Christmas Gift! It was a letter informing us that we were enrolled in the trial program! Praise be to God! It was the best present ever! After the trial period, we got our Permanent modification papers. We are on our way! Thanks to Financial Recovery USA!!! Thanks to Chuck and Paul!!! GOD BLESS YOU!!!

My wife and I felt there was no other way but to walk away from the house, our home, because of financial setbacks brought about by recession. My wife lost three-quarter of what she was earning a month making it impossible for us to keep our home. We prayed and prayed and believed.

I mustered enough courage to phone Financial Recovery USA. They ran the numbers and explained the procedure and process to my wife and I in a very professional manner.

We could not ask for more.Financial Recovery USA got our loan modified. Our modified loan interest dropped from 6.5 percent down to 2 percent, monthly payments from over two thousand to eight hundred. This is a faith base christian organization manned by God loving individuals. Now we know what a good night sleep is.

My family was trying to modify our home loan for 3 years and we always received denials from our bank. Last June 2011, we seek the services of Financial Recovery USA. For the first time we found people who helped us like a family. They showed us all the paper works they prepared for us and even gave us a cd where we can re-print if more copies are needed. The detailed list of everything we need before mailing our request and also the time frame from the date we sent the request to the bank and the right time to follow up.
After only 3 months 8/22/2011 our prayers has been answered, Thank you so much Financial Recovery USA, now my husband believes that a mortgage loan can also be modified and that can only happen through you.

Last year I was in the verge of losing my house. Although my loan was good when I’d refinanced, it had gone “upside down” like so many thousand others. Life is full of good and bad surprises from which none of us are exempt. Mine came in the form of a brain aneurysm and stroke on April 29, 2007. As a teacher, I had a good and steady income that made buying a house affordable. Suddenly, I was forced into an early retirement and my income was cut in half! The downturn in our economy made it impossible to sell my house and I refused to despair. I heard Recovery USA advertised on the radio many times and one day I decided to call. My husband and I were in a terrible loan. About 2 years ago we tried to do a loan modification ourselves. We were denied after a long drawn-out process. We didn’t really know what the bank wanted/needed in order to get a loan mod. About a year and a half later I heard a commercial on the radio offering a free in-home consultation with Financial Recovery U.S.A. However, I knew that my husband would NEVER go for a stranger coming into our house, so we settled with a conference call with Reyna. After speaking with her we knew without a doubt that this “stranger” would soon become a trusted friend. At that time, my husband had also been speaking with another company that specialized in loan modifications. However, after doing a conference call with them, I had many doubts and to be honest, thought they were a bit shady. They said they would have to cut a few corners but would try to do anything they could to make it happen. Financial Recovery U.S.A. was not like that, they are an honest company. After Reyna came to our house, and we got to know one another even better, we knew that this company (thanks to Reyna) was truthful, honest, did things morally and ethically, and was going to try their hardest to get us the best possible loan modification that they could. When we came in to the office to sign all of our legal docs, Paul, the owner, came in and introduced himself. He was also very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and an honest guy. Throughout this process we had many questions which were answered in a confident and professional manner. If someone did not know the answer they were honest and quickly got back to us with the answer.

Unfortunately, the bank did not approve of our loan mod. We were somewhat satisfied knowing that this was probably God’s will for us. While we were confused with this news, my husband called Paul to let him know what happened. We faxed over the bank paperwork and he quickly told my husband that the bank made a HUGE mistake to the tune of about $3,000. The bank put our income as about $3,000 less than what we made! My husband called the bank and they admitted their mistake. We had to resubmit the paper work and in less than a week we were approved of the loan modification that Financial Recovery U.S.A. recommended. We were ecstatic! When Paul and Reyna got the news, they were just as excited for us. Reyna even contacted us to congratulate us!

I found that he was knowledgeable and an expert in his craft in helping people solve their financial problem. We had the pleasure of meeting Mario Tavera, Sr. Finance Counselor, from Financial Recovery USA. My husband listened to a radio advertisement and that's how we found out about the company. In December 2009, we applied for a loan modification with our mortgage lender. The process took 8 months with just dealing directly with the bank and in August 2010, we received a notification that our modification request was declined.

Fall of 2010, Mario Tavera came to our home and explained to us the services that FRUSA provides. My husband and I began the modification process with the mortgage company again, but this time a "mortgage loan audit" drafted by FRUSA was included in the package. We really feel that the audit gave us the pull we needed to push the modification through. We submitted our modification package, drafted by FRUSA, to the bank in November 2010. We just received notice from the bank, January 2011 that our modification was approved. Our mortgage was literally cut in half and our property taxes are included in the new payment. That audit, I believe was the driving force to getting this process done quickly. It went from an 8 month process with the bank on our own, to a 2 1/2 month process using FRUSA's advice and documentation. We are forever grateful and this is a spring board to our financial future.
